Orange Custard

To start with peel off the oranges, separate the pulps, deseed and put it in a medium bowl. Sprinkle 1 tbsp powdered sugar and set aside.

Take 3 tbsp custard powder in a bowl and add 1/2 cup milk. Whisk to make a smooth paste and make sure no lumps will form.

Boil rest of the milk in a vessel by adding 6 tbsp sugar. Stir and keep boiling until sugar dissolves completely.

Now reduce the flame to low. Add in custard paste and keep stirring constantly to avoid formation of lumps. Cook for 2-3 minutes till it thickens.

Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down on room temperature.

In a serving bowl place orange pulp. Then layer with custard mix and again put a layer of orange pulp. Garnish with small cubes of watermelon and cherries/tutti frutties. Refrigerate for one hour and serve chilled.
