  • 2 tablespoonscrème fraîche (or sour cream)
  • 1.75 ounces (50 grams)diced ham
  • 1 ounce (30 grams)shredded Swiss cheese (Emmental)
  • 1/4onion
  • Croissant

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the croissant in half and spread the crème fraîche (or sour cream) inside.

    Add the onions, diced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese.
