Steps

Soak oats in water for 10 minutes. Cut all the veggies in square or small pieces, add all veggies in the oats.

Add curd, salt, black pepper in the oats and mix it well finely.Take a non stick pan, pour batter on it, give it a raund shape and apply oil from both the sides.

Cook it well on low flame. Chilla is ready. After plating, give any shape you want and decorate it with salad, chutney, sauce and curd.
