Ingredients

  2. 1 cupCurd
  3. 1 teaspoonSalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  5. 1 teaspoonzeera(cumin) powder
  6. 1Onion
  7. 1Capsicum
  8. 2 tspEno

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl

  2. 2

    Add suji and curd and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add onion and capsicum and mix well

  4. 4

    Add all spices and Eno and mix well

  5. 5

    Rest for 10 min.

  6. 6

    Take appam pan.

  7. 7

    Pour some mixture.

  8. 8

    Flip after 1 min.

  9. 9

    Do this again.

  10. 10

    It's ready. Serve with chutney
