Cooking Instructions

Add all the ingredients both the dry ones and the wt ones in a bowl

Using your cleans hands or mixer mix it, till your bowl gt clean....(the target when you er mixing is to have all the ingredients evenly distributed within the dough and also have a really fine texture)

Then time to knead......rb some flour in your hands and some at the kneading surface, start kneading it continuesly for 50 minute

Then cover it and let it rise for 15 minute.....

After that...bring it back and knead it again for 5 minute then cut and mold for a perfect outcom

Cover it to rise for the second time for 15 minute,bring it back and fry it in a low heat....
