Steps

Wash rice few times untill water runs clear.

Soak in water for atleast 4 hours till overnight.

Drain the water and rinse well.

Add the rice to a blender jar and pour one cup water.

Add salt and one another cup of water. Mix well so that it is thin.

Take a pan and heat the oil. Mix the batter well before you pour the batter on the pan.

One the pan gets heated pour the batter into the pan cover it for 2-3 minutes with a lid. After 3 minutes the stickiness of batter to the pan comes out stating it's cooked.

Serve this with nice spicy chicken gravy and enjoy the day.
