  • 2 cupstigernut (soaked)
  • 1 tinmilk
  • 3cloves
  • Small fresh ginger (peeled)
  • Water
  • to tasteSugar

    Add tigernut, ginger, cloves and water in a blender. Blend smoothly. Sieve with muslin cloth.

    Add milk and sugar. Enjoy!
