Very simple and delicious recipe you can make for any occasion

Procedures : boil desired quantity of rice to be half done, simmer and set aside. Pour a good amount of vegetable oil into a pot and allow to heat up for about ten minutes, add onions, pepper, garlic and fresh ginger (all ground or pounded) into the oil, stir them all together for some time add very little amount of water 💧 and then add seasoning salt and the fried rice spice. Cover and allow the pot to boil, having done so,

Take your previously parboiled rice and add to the mixture boiling in the pot, stir up the rice continuously and gently until rice turns the perfect green colour (I love this part ehnn 😁) add carrots, green beans and green peppers (diced). Stir gently making sure everywhere has the veggies on it.(this part may be a little bit stressful I know 😊)
Allow to steam for sometimes and then bring it down, your simple delicious fried rice is ready 😋.Fried rice is best served warm...
