Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 cupsrice
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 1onion
  • 1cup(250g) of peas
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1green pepper
  • 2royco cubes
  • 2 tsppilau masala
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 6 cupshot water

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry your onions til golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add the pepper, tomatoes ginger and garlic. Then add pilau masala and salt. Simmer til soft.

  3. 3

    Add the peas then rice and mix them together. Add the water and wait for it to cook.

  4. 4

    Once it is fully cooked mix it well.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with a salad of choice.
