    સૌ પહેલા પાણી લઇ ખાંડ ઓગાડો ત્યાર બાદ તેમાં લોટ ઉમેરી પતલુ ખીરૂ તૈયાર કરો ખીરૂ બે બાઉલ માં અલગ કરી તેમાં બે અલગ કલર ઉમેરો અને બરાબર હલાવો.

    એક કઠાઇ માં ઘી લઈ ઓગાડે લો લોટ તેમાં ઉમેરો ધીમા ગેસે ખીરૂ જાડૂ પડે એટલે થાડીમાં ઘી ચોપડી ઠારી દો.ગરમ હોય ત્યાર બાદ તેના પર મગજતરી ના બી લગાવી દાે.
