Kids love to eat pizza.So today, I tried healthy version of pizza i.e.pizza uttapam.The base is made up from flour;for topping use veggies,and paneer.This is a good sauce of protein.

Kids love to eat pizza.So today, I tried healthy version of pizza i.e.pizza uttapam.The base is made up from flour;for topping use veggies,and paneer.This is a good sauce of protein.
Steps

First make batter. Take all the flour I.e.besan, sooji and rice flour add salt and buttermilk and water prepared batter and leave it for 15 min.

Meanwhile take one bowl.mix all the Veggies and paneer cube.add chaat masala,pizza seasoning,salt and oil.marinate for 15 min.

For pizza sauce.take 2 tomatoes and Kashmiri red chilli.micro it and grind it.take one pan add oil and grind paste saute it.add salt, pizza seasoning and 2tbsp ketchup.

After 15 min in batter add eno and mix it for 5 min.

Take one non-stick tawa.from prepared batter make pan cake.spread pizza sauce.spread marinating topping.and finally gratted cheese.

Cook for 3 min your pizza uttappam is ready to serve.
