Remove the skin of mango and cut it into small pieces then add. Salt and turmeric powder mix well.

Cover the lid and Keep it for 24 hours,in between stir it twice.

Remove the skin of carrots and cut it into 1 inch long, cut the chilli also 1 inch long

In a mixing bowl add chopped carrot and chilli

Make powder of mustard dal in mixure jar, now add mango pieces with it's water, add mustard powder, achar masala, mix well

Add 1/2 cup of lemon juice and mix well then,store it in airtight glass jar and after 2-3 days you can use it.
