  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1 1/2tspn of salt
  4. Oil for frying
  5. 1tspn baking powde
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. Minced meat
  8. Seasoning
  9. Onions
  10. Parsley
  11. Scotch bonnet
  12. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve dry ingredients in a bowl, add butter and then water to make a dough but the dough shouldn't be hard, cover n set aside

  2. 2

    For the filling, to a pan stir fry onion,until soft add minced meat,seasonings,scotch bonnet, parsley and spices of your choice and then fry

    Dust working surface and knead dough, cut into pieces and roll out to make a flat and round shape

  4. 4

    Put filling at the middle seal d edge wt fork

  5. 5

    Fry in oil

  6. 6

    Allow it to cool n serve
