Ingredients

1 hour
6 servings
  • 2 bowlmaida
  • 1ts baking soda
  • 1ts baking powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2eggs
  • 2ts butter
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupmango puree or mango juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs, add sugar and beat untill sugar dissolves completely

  2. 2

    Now mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl,

  3. 3

    Gradually add butter and mix smoothly in one direction

  4. 4

    Now add eggs mixture and mix well

  5. 5

    Now add mango puree and mix untill paste become smoothy

  6. 6

    If required, then add milk and mix well

  7. 7

    Now Grease baking pot with butter, place butter in it, apply melted butter on it

  8. 8

    Now add cake mixture in it, tap the pot and put it in pre heated pot or oven.

  9. 9

    Bake it for 10 minutes on high flame then 25 minutes on low flame

  10. 10

    After 35 minutes, check with tooth pick

  11. 11

    If done, put it out from pot

  12. 12

    Let it cool, and serve
