  • 9-10Kashmiri mirchi
  • 15Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbspGinger
  • as requiredOil
  • 2 tbspVinegar
  • as requiredCooking red colour

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the chillies and grind it.

  2. 2

    Take oil add chopped ginger-garlic ginger. Then add the chilli paste. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt. Add cooking colour.

  3. 3

    Cook until needed.

  4. 4

    Store in a sterilized bottle.
