Ingredients

  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 1/2 corzo
  • 3 cchicken broth
  • 2/3 cparmesan
  • Basil, salt & pepper taste

Steps

~45 mins
  1. 1

    Melt butter then add garlic. Sauté orzo in butter for about 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Add chicken broth then once it's boiling, cover and reduce heat to simmer

  3. 3

    Simmer until broth is gone (about 20 minutes)

  4. 4

    Stir in parmesan cheese, dried basil and salt and pepper to taste
