On a slow flame in a pan take oil. Dont get the oil too hot. Then add garlic, ginger and green chilli paste and saute it till 30 sec. It should not be golden brown otherwise chutney will get burnt smell.

Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder and just saute it for few seconds otherwise it got burn. And add 1.5 cup water. Let it get boil till the add salt, sugar, aji no motto. Now make cornflour slurry by adding 2 tbsp water I. Corn flour. The. Add slurry gradually in chutney and mix it continues. Cook for 1 min and turn off the flame. Let it cool down.

Street style shezwan chutney is ready to serve. You can store in airtight containers in the freeze. Can use it making Chinese bhel street style and many varieties of dishes.
