Ingredients

  1. For boiling
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 4 tspoil
  5. 1 cupwashed rice
  6. for frying
  7. 2spring onion shredded
  8. 2carrots shredded
  9. 5-6beans shredded
  10. 1capsicum shredded
  11. 2-3dry Red chilli
  12. 1 tspchillli flakes
  13. 100 gmcabbage shredded
  14. 2 tspoil
  15. 2 tsp tomato sauce
  16. 1 tspvinegar
  17. 1 pinchajinomoto
  18. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a big safe bowl add oil and. Water, salt boil for 5min

  2. 2

    Add rice and cook the rice covered for 10-15 min

  3. 3

    A big bowl add oil and all chopped vegetables for the cook

  4. 4

    Add soya sauce, tomato and chill sauce, vinegar and ajinomoto stir it

  5. 5

    Add boiled rice to it and mix it serve with crisp salad and pudina chutney

  6. 6

    Serve with sauce and chutney.
