  1. Broccoli-1 cup chopped
  2. Edamame beans- handful or more
  3. Broad beans, peas, corn, sugar snaps
  4. Halloumi-50g
  5. Salad dressings of your choice
  6. Salad greens

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all the veggies and add water and boil

  2. 2

    Take the halloumi and grill it with olive oil and cut to pieces

  3. 3

    Now drain the water add all the veggies and add salad greens halloumi and mix with salad dressing and salt.
