Ingredients

  1. Halfkg chany
  2. 1 tbspmeetha soda
  3. 1 cupcooking oil
  4. 2whole garlic
  5. 2onions
  6. 3tomatos
  7. 2bari Elaichi
  8. 3long
  9. 2 stickcinnamon
  10. 1and half tbsp salt
  11. 1and half tbsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspcrushed coriander
  13. Halftsp haldi
  14. 7green chilli
  15. Kata hua green dhaniya for garnishing
  16. 1 tsppisa gram masala
  17. For Tarka:
  18. Halfcup oil
  19. 1 tspwhite zeera
  20. 6-7gol laal mirch whole

Steps

1 hour soak8hrs
  1. 1

    Chanon ko saaf kar lein and Soak them for whole night. Subh time chanon ka pani change kar lein or is mn meetha soda add kar lein

  2. 2

    Piyaz lehsan or tomato cheel lein or cut kar lein moty pieces mn. Chanon ko clean water se achi trah wash kar lein.

  3. 3

    Pressure cooker mn chany dalen sath 4 glass water add kar dein. Lehsn piyaz tomato or dried ingredients dal ke pkny rakh dein. Pressure on ho jaey to isy almost 20 mins tak galaaen.

  4. 4

    Ab cooker on karein is mn oil add karein. Or chanon ko kafgir ki madad se ee mash krti rahen. Yh easily mash ho jaengy. Almost half mix ho jaengy thick ho jaen jab to is mn green chilli add kar dein.

    Oil upar any lgy to is mn 3 glass water dal ke gravy lagadein or 10 mins ke liey halki aanch py pkaen.

  6. 6

    Frying pan mn oil dalen or red chilli dal ke 1 mint ke liey fri karein. Phir zeera dalen or jab zeera brown ho jaey to chanon py yh tarka lagadein.

  7. 7

    Pisa gram masala or sbz dhaniya dalen. Or rice ke sath enjoy karein. Jazak-Allah😊
