Chilli Chicken Cheese and Egg Wraps

This time I’m using vegan tortilla wraps with activated charcoal. The colour is a whole mood😎. The fillings are shredded chicken, scrambled eggs and cheese. I varied the fillings, it work out great as it made some wraps ovo lacto vegetarian friendly.

This time I’m using vegan tortilla wraps with activated charcoal. The colour is a whole mood😎. The fillings are shredded chicken, scrambled eggs and cheese. I varied the fillings, it work out great as it made some wraps ovo lacto vegetarian friendly.

On half the tortilla layer, first the cheese then chicken and/or egg and layer with cheese on top. Always start and finish layering with cheese.

On medium heat on dry pan(you can lightly spray), place tortilla and cover for 2 minutes. Carefully flip by lifting open side pull bottom and turn carefully turn over. Cook uncovered for 2 minutes. Let the wrap rest for 1 minute and serve.
