Place the oats in a food processor and blend until powdered.

Next, mix the oats flour with milk, salt and honey. Whisk until combined thoroughly. Keep aside.

Next, take a pan & use a brush to spread the oil.

Heat the pan on a low flame.
Scoop the batter and gently pour into the edge of the pan, tilted. - 5
Then move the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter into a large circle.

Cook for 1-2 minutes & then carefully flip to the other side.

After cooking, fold into half or a quarter size. Top with diced mangoes.

Enjoy warm!
