Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupRolled oats
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 tspraw honey
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspcanola oil
  6. 1/2 cupchopped mangoes

Steps

    Place the oats in a food processor and blend until powdered.

    Next, mix the oats flour with milk, salt and honey. Whisk until combined thoroughly. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Next, take a pan & use a brush to spread the oil.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan on a low flame.
    Scoop the batter and gently pour into the edge of the pan, tilted.

  5. 5

    Then move the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter into a large circle.

  6. 6

    Cook for 1-2 minutes & then carefully flip to the other side.

  7. 7

    After cooking, fold into half or a quarter size. Top with diced mangoes.

  8. 8

    Enjoy warm!
