Take curd add ginger garlic paste, haldi powder, green chilli paste, salt, besan. Mix well add water and keep it for boiling. Should be boiled for 15 to 20 min untill raw sMell goes. After it's ready add the pakoras.

Finally temper it with oil 3 tbsp, zeera, curry leaves, red round dry chilli 4 to 5 and garlic. It's all done
