Ingredients

1raw papaya
2 tbspturmeric powder
2 tbspchilli coarsely
1 tbspmustard powder
to tasteSalt
3 tbspgarlic paste
3-4 tbsptamarind

Peel off the papaya wash and grate it. Add salt and tamarind to it and mix it well.

In a bowl take all ingredients put in some mustard oil, garlic paste and mix it nicely. Then press the papaya as it will leave some water. Remove it and add in masala, mix it nicely. Now it's ready.
