First take suji and maida in a bowl. Add salt and baking powder. Make a dough. spread oil on it.keep it 15 min for rest.

For masala mix all ingredients.

For pani, mix all ingredients in a mixer. Make chutney.

Then add it in water, add salt, if required, add bundi. You can add 1 lemon juice and mirch to make it more spicy.

Now take some dough. Roll it and make a big chapati. Cut into a round shape with help of small bowl or lid.

Fry them, now pani puri is ready to serve.
