Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1 tbspmaida
  3. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspoil
  5. As required oil for frying
  6. For masala-
  7. 2boiled and mashed potatoes
  8. 1chopped onion
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  11. For pani-
  12. 1/2 cupchopped dhania
  13. 1/4 cupmint
  14. 1 inchGinger
  15. 1-2Green chillies
  16. 1 tbsImli pulp
  17. 1 tspblack salt
  18. 1 tspbhuna jeera
  19. 1chopped kerry
  20. 1 tspRed chilli
  21. 1 tbspboondi

Steps

  1. 1

    First take suji and maida in a bowl. Add salt and baking powder. Make a dough. spread oil on it.keep it 15 min for rest.

  2. 2

    For masala mix all ingredients.

  3. 3

    For pani, mix all ingredients in a mixer. Make chutney.

  4. 4

    Then add it in water, add salt, if required, add bundi. You can add 1 lemon juice and mirch to make it more spicy.

  5. 5

    Now take some dough. Roll it and make a big chapati. Cut into a round shape with help of small bowl or lid.

  6. 6

    Fry them, now pani puri is ready to serve.
