Healthy Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Oyster Sauce
I wanted to make a healthy and crunchy bean sprout stir fry, and tried many things before getting to this method. It's a family favorite these days.By adding salt to oil before stir frying the bean sprouts, and throwing out the water that seeps out, you can make stir fried bean sprouts that aren't watery. Excess oil is thrown out as well, so this is healthy.Use ham or fish sausage instead of the chikuwa fish sticks, or just make a bean sprout stir fry.Adjust the seasonings to taste. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Cha-miru

Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce
Whenever it's really hot, I don't feel like cooking, so I thought up a recipe I could make in a jiffy to re-energize my body.I had a lot of fish sauce left over, so I used it to flavor this. The exotic fragrance encourages your appetite. The key is to stir fry the pork until it's crispy and slightly browned! To enjoy the crispy texture of the bean sprouts, stir fry it quickly over high heat. As time passes moisture starts to come out of bean sprouts, so I recommend eating this right away.I like to add a lot of black pepper at the end. For 2 servings. Recipe by yaburie

Stir-fried Beef with Fresh Bamboo Shoots
I didn't use to like fresh bamboo shoots because they often reminded me of their unpleasant and sour smell. Since my grandmother gave me a tip on removing their bad odour, stir-fried beef with fresh bamboo shoots has not been a bad choice to help me cook family meals. It's not only simple to cook but also tasty and everyone likes it. (contributed by Do Huong Ly)

Stir Fried Beef and Asparagus in Oyster Sauce
The oyster sauce in my fridge was nearing the best-by date, so I used it with whatever was in the fridge. My family ended up loving the dish. You can use beef offcuts instead of thinly sliced beef. This recipe is for 2 people. If you double the recipe, the sake for marinating with beef should be 1 tablespoon. To retain their crunchy texture, do not overcook the vegetables, especially asparagus. For 2 servings. Pork, Bean Sprout and Chinese Chive Stir-Fry
A long time ago, I saw Kenichi Chen make this dish on TV and I took notes. I didn't write down the amounts, but after making it many times, I settled on this recipe. It's really popular at our house, and it disappears as soon as it's on the table. The sauce can be prepared ahead of time. You only need a little pork, so I often make this right before pay day. For serving 3 - 4. Recipe by Hitohitonomoto

Stir Fried Beef and Vegetable Rice Bowl
I ordered this once at a restaurant for lunch and it was pretty good, so I tried making it myself. In our house we like very light flavors, so the sauce we pour on the rice is just 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar plus salt and pepper. If you prefer it more concentrated, increase the amount of soy sauce and sugar.I've never use measuring spoons, so when I measure, the flavor is slightly different each time. Recipe by Monshan0227

Chinese Style Stir-Fried Beef and Asparagus
Stir-fried with oyster sauce and Shaoxing wine taste, everything easily becomes Chinese style cooking. When the main dish is meat, we try to have plenty of vegetables. Normally, I make this dish with french beans, but I used asparagus as I was given lots of it.Don't over-cook the asparagus to keep the crisp texture. You could also use beef offcuts. Stir-Fried Beef with Ginger and Green Onion
Someone in da house wanted this. He shall remain anonymous. So I searched on line to see if I could find something. Seems complicated because lol - grams means nothing to me but I do have a scale…but many do not. So here it is and I hope I made it easier. My recipe when I cooked it was doubled. BTW yet again I forgot to take a picture of the final dish. So you will have to do with the picture I took pre final…I never learn.

Bean Sprout & Nori Stir-fry
I had a lot of leftover nori, so I combined it with my favorite bean sprouts. If you are using flavored nori, decrease the amount of soy sauce to taste. Recipe by Kougakubu Danshi Daigakusei

Stirfried beef with bok choy
Vietnamese home cooking in New Zealand. Serving for 2 adults and 1 toddler.I use beef schnitzel because its thinly cut is the closest to Vietnamese stir-fry beef. The stir-fry pack at the supermarket would do but if you overcook, the meat would be very hard to chew. I sometimes buy a big chunk of rib eye and slice it myself as rib eye is tender no matter how you cook it and the slices can also be used in Pho. But rib eye is pricey alright, and slicing it is a lot of work.
