Ingredients

4 serving
  1. 250 gramsSliced Beef
  2. 200 gramsBean Sprout
  3. 2 tbspSpring Onion
  4. 2 tspSoy Sauce
  5. 2 tspSake(Japanese cooking wine)★
  6. 1 tbspOil
  7. 4 tspOyster Sauce
  8. 4 tspSoy Sauce
  9. 2 tbspSake(Japanese cooking wine) ◎
  10. 2 tspSugar◎
  11. 2 tspSesame Oil
  12. 1 pinchSalt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut spring onion into small pieces (Mince). Wash bean sprout with water and drain well.

    Mix ◎ ingredients in a small bowl.

    Cut the beef into bite size. Put in a bowl and add ★ ingredients. Rub it in well. Keep it for 15 minutes.

    Put beef in a frying pan. Turn on fire with medium heat. Stir-fry beef until the color changes.

  5. 5

    Add bean sprouts and stir fry quickly (about 30 seconds). Add ◎ sauce and stir fry quickly (about 30 seconds).

    Place it on a dish. Sprinkle spring onion on it.
