  1. 1/2 lbsChinese Long Beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  2. 4 ozPork Belly, sliced
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1/4 tspChinese Five Spice (optional)
  6. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  7. 1/2 tbspDark Soy Sauce
  8. 1/2 tbspOyster Sauce
  9. 4Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
  10. 1/4 cupScallions, chopped
  11. 3 tbspCooking Oil
  12. 2 tbspWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the Chinese long beans and cut into 1-inch pieces, making sure to trim off the ends.

    Heat the cooking oil in a wok or pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until golden brown.

    Add garlic, scallions, salt, black pepper, and Chinese five spice (if using). Stir in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and water. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the beans are tender.

    Stir in the oyster sauce, making sure everything is well-coated.
