Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bagBean sprouts
  2. 1 cloveSliced garlic
  3. 200 gramsSliced pork
  4. 3tablespoons, 2 tablespoons each of mirin and sake ★ Soy sauce, mirin, sake
  5. 1knob ★Grated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the stems off the bean sprouts, wash and drain well. Slice the garlic.

    Marinate the pork in the ingredients marked ★.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and when it becomes fragrant...

  4. 4

    ...add bean sprouts, salt and pepper, and fry for 30 seconds over strong heat.

  5. 5

    Transfer to a plate and wipe the pan with a paper towel.

    Fry the meat while loosening it. If there is any sauce left over, add that to finish.

    Place on top of the bean sprouts and you're done!
