Stir-fried Bean Sprouts and Prawns with Salt and Garlic
When I bought prawns on sale at the supermarket, there were all different sizes and some were too small to cook with mayonnaise or chili sauce.I used these small ones to make this tasty stir-fry dish. With this recipe, the small prawns become a main dish.At step 4, heat ginger and garlic over low heat. I always do step 1-4 beforehand. While I wait for my husband returning home from work, I repeat a process of turning up the heat, turning it off when the pan gets too hot, and letting the pan cool. This flavours the oil and makes it aromatic. Recipe by Hichan

I added the eggplants to a small volume of pork so that the dish would become more voluminous. Stir-fried Brussels Sprouts and Prawns with Garlic
I bought a lot of Brussels sprouts, so I tried stir-frying them with various ingredients. Ground Meat, Garlic Chives & Bean Sprouts - Spicy Chinese Stir-Fry
I usually just stir fry ground meat and bean sprouts with soy sauce, but Chinese chives are cheap so I arranged the dish as Chinese style. You can eat it with rice and also matches well with beer. It's strongly seasoned so you can pack it in bento. The sugar makes the taste mild. The doubanjiang can burn easily, so turn down the heat a little when you mix in with the meat.Turn the heat level back to high when you add the vegetables because they'll release water!I recommend making it a little spicy to use as a topping for ramen (miso flavor is best). For about 2 servings. Recipe by Kyary nene

Stir-fried Ginger pork with onions
Japanese inspired sliced pork with onions. Infused in a sweet sauce with caramelized onions. Made this as part of a meal prep. I only had a chunk of pork loin in the freezer.
