Dry Fruit Ladoo

Dry Fruit Ladoo !! I had always thought that ladoos have a lot of ghee in them & honestly avoided them except my favourite Besan Kaa ladoo. My very first attempt over making ladoos were dry-fruit ladoo & that was a successful attempt . After that I have made it nth times because they are very for good diabetes & are a good source of strength as it increases our immunity too. These are low in fat & rich in vitamins therefore given to Ladies Post-Pregnancy too !

Slice the pistachios, cashews, raisins and almonds.

In a pan take a drop of Ghee and roast the cashews, raisins, almonds and pistachios.

In a mixer grind the dates but make sure that it's should not be perfectly ground make sure it's is coarse.

Then add it to the roasted dry fruits and mix well roasting it again.

Add 1 tspn cardamom powder

Mix well and switch off the flame

Now when they are hot only give them the shape of ladoos.
