Firstly take slice of bread Cut into Triangular shaped pieces Cook or half Roast on tawa from both side for 2 min.

For Chasni:Now take a Container add 2Cup Water,4Cup Sugar Cardamom Powder,Kesar 1 Spoon Boil it for 15 min and make a Sugar Syrup or Chani and keep aside

For Rabdi:On another Flame heat and boil full Cream 1 Litre Milk till it become Rabdi mix sugar kesar Milk and Dryfruit in the last.it reduces Milk and become smooth texture.cook for 30-35 mins

For Preparing Tukda take half Roasted bread Deep fry in a Kadhai or Pan and keep aside all the Bread Slices after that Dip into Chasni or Sugar Syrup and put into the Plates.

Now after Dipping all the Bread in to Chasni keep it all in to Serving Plates Put it or Garnish with Rabdi over the Bread Slices and Serve it hot.It's Sweet,Softy,Crispy, Crunchy taste Delicious SHAHI TUKDA is Ready.Kids are very much enjoying and Triangular Shaped.
