Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 packpenne pasta
  • 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  • 1kilo minced meat
  • 1/2bread crumbs
  • 1egg
  • Thyme
  • 1 spoonginger and garlic paste
  • 1 cuponion paste
  • 1 tea spoonpaprika powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tea spooncurry powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonchili powder
  • leafHandful chopped mint
  • Handfulparsley
  • to tasteSalt and seasoning
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cupchopped basil
  • 1 cupchopped cilantro
  • 3 cupsoil
  • 1 cuptomatoes paste
  • 1 spoonfinely chopped garlic
  • 3crushed habanero peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the minced meat, egg, ginger garlic paste, onions. Mint leaf, bread crumbs and all the above-mentioned spices

  2. 2

    Form small round balls and deep fry in a shallow oil

  3. 3

    Set aside the fried meat balls and leave the remaining oil for the sauce

  4. 4

    Add the can crushed tomatoes in the oil, add the tomato paste, garlic, basil, cilantro, and thyme

  5. 5

    Stir and cook for 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Add the meat balls, to the sauce and continue cooking for 10 minutes on a medium heat

  7. 7

    Cook your penne pasta to taste

  8. 8

    Plate your pasta, add the meat ball sauce, grate some cheese over and garnish with parsley
