Penne pasta with meat ball sauce

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 packpenne pasta
  2. 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  3. 1kilo minced meat
  4. 1/2bread crumbs
  5. 1egg
  6. Thyme
  7. 1 spoonginger and garlic paste
  8. 1 cuponion paste
  9. 1 tea spoonpaprika powder
  10. 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tea spooncurry powder
  12. 1/2 tea spoonchili powder
  13. leafHandful chopped mint
  14. Handfulparsley
  15. to tasteSalt and seasoning
  16. Mozzarella cheese
  17. 1 cupchopped basil
  18. 1 cupchopped cilantro
  19. 3 cupsoil
  20. 1 cuptomatoes paste
  21. 1 spoonfinely chopped garlic
  22. 3crushed habanero peppers

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the minced meat, egg, ginger garlic paste, onions. Mint leaf, bread crumbs and all the above-mentioned spices

    Form small round balls and deep fry in a shallow oil

  3. 3

    Set aside the fried meat balls and leave the remaining oil for the sauce

  4. 4

    Add the can crushed tomatoes in the oil, add the tomato paste, garlic, basil, cilantro, and thyme

  5. 5

    Stir and cook for 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Add the meat balls, to the sauce and continue cooking for 10 minutes on a medium heat

  7. 7

    Cook your penne pasta to taste

  8. 8

    Plate your pasta, add the meat ball sauce, grate some cheese over and garnish with parsley

  9. 9

    Better served hot. Enjoy
