In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix.whisk egg,melted butter n milk,pour in d bowl and mix. Add water gradually and keep mixing until u have a smooth and thick batter(not watery n not too thick). And then keep aside

Add oil in a pan fry cooked beef,add blended pepper n stir fry.Add spices and lasty put d sliced onion n pepper sauté for some minutes and set aside.

Drizzle oil in pan,pour d batter turn when golden. Remove if both sides are golden

Lay d pancake add d beef mixture and roll
