Ingredients

3 servings
  • 300 gbanana
  • 100 gbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 187 gwheat flour
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspeno or fruit salt
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Blend all the wet ingredients with brown sugar.

  2. 2

    Sieve all the dry mix.

  3. 3

    Slowly add to the wet mix.

  4. 4

    Mix with a spatula by cut and fold method.

  5. 5

    At last add milk and mix.

  6. 6

    Bake for 180° for 40 min.
