Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 1/2 cup refined flour
  • 4 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspcarom
  • as requiredWater
  • For stuffing
  • 3mediums size boiled potatoes
  • 4 tspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspDry mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • as required Oil for frying

Steps

    Firstly we prepare dough.

  2. 2

    Add refined flour, 4 TSP oil in mixing bowl. Oil and flour mix well, like bread crumbs consistent.

  3. 3

    Further add carom seeds and make a tight dough. Add cover dough cotton clothe, keep a side.

  4. 4

    Now we prepare stuffing. Heat oil into a pan and add coriander seeds.

  5. 5

    Now add chopped green chillies and all dry ingredients roast in low flame.

  6. 6

    Further add half mashed potatoes and mix well.

  7. 7

    Now add chopped coriander in stuffing and keep a side for cool down.

  8. 8

    After that, take prepared dough divide into small balls.

  9. 9

    Now we take a dough ball, make a oval shape chapati neither thin nor thick.

  10. 10

    Now this chapati decide into two parts from center.

  11. 11

    And given a cone shape and stuff with potato filling.

    And paste with water from upper side.

    Make all samosas prepare like this.

    Now deep frying all prepared samosas in medium hot oil until golden brown.

    Now enjoy yummy with tomato sauce or chutney.
