Cube and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, drain, then mix with almond milk and pepper to taste

While potatoes are boiling, coat a pan with olive oil and bring to medium heat before adding bison, carrots and peas. Salt and pepper to taste.

Once the meat is brown, add beef broth and curry powder, cook and stir until broth has reduced.

Serve bison mixture over mashed potatoes
