1 cupYoghurt
1 spoonGarlic paste
2 spoonMayonnaise
Black pepper as you wish
Salt
3Egg plant
leafMint
Tomato sauce

Firs cut egg plant and spread salt and leave 10 minutes

In bowl add yoghurt garlic paste and black pepper salt and mayonnaise beat well with spoon
3

All egg plant add in pan and cook in some little oil two sides
4

Now egg plant take in plate and spread garlic Yoghurt and decorate with mint and tomato sauce.
