Ingredients

45 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  • 4 earscorn, kernels removed
  • 1 stickunsalted butter, melted
  • 3eggs
  • 4 tablespoonssugar
  • 1/4 cansweetened condensed milk
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams)cornstarch or all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Ground flaxseed, to taste
  • Black sesame seeds, to taste (optional)

  1. 1

    In a blender, combine the eggs, melted butter, corn kernels, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth. Add about 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and the flour or cornstarch. Blend again. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt.

    Pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with flour.

    Sprinkle ground flaxseed and black sesame seeds on top for decoration. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes. Serve with a good cup of coffee and enjoy.
