Heat ghee in a pan.Add desiccated coconut to it.Mix on medium-low flame till the ghee coats it well.

Add the Gulkand paste and again mix everything well to get a uniform colour.Roast it all at low flame for 2min and then add the condensed milk, a little rose water and cardamom powder to it.

Mix all well till combined and the mixture becomes thick.Make laddoos when warm and roll them in desiccated coconut powder.Store in an airtight container or refrigerate...it stays good for almost 10 days, if at all it stays
