Mix flour, salt and water to make a watery batter. Heat a pan and grease with oil, then use patry brush to brush the batter on the pan. Allow to dry up until the edges start to lift. Remove and brush another another till the batter finishes.

Cut and wash the cabbage, carrots and onions and fry with little oil. Season it and fry till the onions and cabbage becomes translucent and the carrots are soft.

Fill the spring roll sheets with the fried cabbage and roll it. Put a little batter at the opening to stick it then close. Fry and serve.
