Coconut Kheer

Wash and Soak rice for 2 hours. Set aside.

Boil the milk first then slow the flame. Add soaked rice and sugar and cook on low flame.

When rice cooked and milk gone thick and converts into Kheer consistency cook for more 10 minutes.

At last add coconut extract and mix well. Let it comes on room temperature.

After cool completely mix. Coconut cream in the Kheer and mix well.

Coconut Kheer is ready to serve. Decorate with walnuts and Serve chill.
