Ingredients

1 hour
  • 1 kgPotatoes
  • Chany ki dal half kg
  • 15Red button chilli
  • 1 tbsZeera
  • 1 tbsSalt
  • 1bari illaichi
  • Onion 2 medium
  • 3-4Green chilli
  • 1 tbsWhole coriander
  • Green fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsBlack pepper whole

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Potato, chanadal, salt, red chilli, black pepper,Bari illaichi, whole coriander, zeera put in a pan and cook till potatoes and chanadal will b tender

  2. 2

    Then mash it nicely and leave it to cool down when it will cool then mixture will b thick and hard

  3. 3

    Now add green chilli, coriander and onion

  4. 4

    Now make Pattie as per your desire and you can fry with egg coating or bread crumbs or without coating

  5. 5

    Shallow frying is give good texture
