  • 500 gramMutton
  • 250 gramCharbi
  • 700lm Water
  • 1 tbspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 8green chilli
  • 1/2 tspoon haldi
  • 1 tbspoon salt
  • Masala
  • 1small size onion
  • 1 tspoon Ginger Garlic pst
  • 1 tbspoon sabut garam masala
  • 500 gramRice
  • 1 tbspoon salt
  • 1tomato
  • Halfbunch podena

Steps

1 hr 30 minuts
  1. 1

    Charbi ko alag bartan me paka lein. Oil alag hojaey ga.
    Another saperate pen add charbi oil, add ginger garlic paste, add meat and fry until golden,.

    Add green chilli, haldi, salt mix well, add water, boil it, cover on low flame. Leave for 1 hour

    Meat is done, saperate it from water.
    In big pen add remain charbi oil, onion golden fry it, add ginger garlic paste, add sabut garam masala, meat, mix well swtay it,.

    Add remain yakhni with chilies, add Rice and salt, mix well.

    Not it's time add chop tomato, podena, mix well and bring it yo boil

    Cover it when Rice is done make steam for 5 minuts
