Taking a Pan and heating mustard oil.

Once oil is heated add hing.

Then add mustard seeds and let them splattered.

Not to burn in high flame

Now add few curry leaves and stir in.

Curry leaves gives a flavour and aroma

Now add chopped garlic cloves and chopped ginger.

Once garlic starts turning brown

Add slices of 2 medium sized onions.

Then add chillies

After 3-4 minutes add tomatoes.

After two minutes add turmeric powder and red chilli powder

Add salt as per taste and add cumin powder mix well.

After 1-2 minutes add lemon juice mix well.

Now it's time to add bread cubes. You can leftover bread slices or buns.

Mix well till all the bread pieces are covered evenly and fry for 2- 3 minutes.

You can also add peanuts or any other veggies as per your choice.
