Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it, add jeera. Once it crackle add vegetables, saute it for 2 to 4 mins.

Now add water, salt, pepper, and mix it well. Close the lid of the pressure cooker for 3 whistles.

Keep it steam for 5 mins, then open the lid and serve it.
