Red sauce gnocchi
I made this recipe using leftover rice.
Steps

Make the dough of rice, paneer, maida & pinch of salt. Rest the dough for 10 mins

Divide into smaller portions. Roll it into thin log. Cut into small pieces. Roll over a fork to get ridge deaign on it.

Boil it for few minutes.

Toss them in butter. Then add red sauce, chilli flakes, oregano & cheese.

And it is ready.
