Orange pista cinnamon rolls/knots

Take all ingredients for dough and knead a soft dough. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

Now in a bowl, take sugar, butter and cinnamon powder. Mix well.

After 10 minutes take the dough and roll it in square shape and big. Now apply the mixture. Spread it with a brush. Sprinkle pista powder all over the base. Roll it again gently with a rolling pin. Now fold it. Roll it again.

Now divide it in 6 parts. And each part cut from little centre till the end and plate it and fold the ends.

In a preheated vessel, grease a plate and and place the rolls. Bake it for 40-45 minutes on a slow flame.

When they are ready remove and serve it.
