1. Mince the Mutton 1/2 kg

2. Add salt, red spice, zeera, paste garlic and ginger (everything as per taste)

3. Mix it and Marinate for 2 hours

4. Take big Bullet Green chillis
- 5
5. Cut them and extract out it's seed (use gloves)

6.fill the marinated mixture in the green chillis also add Cheese
- 7
8. Fry and Serve with topping of Ketchup and Mayonese
