Take a bowl add curd,kashmiri mirch powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and salt and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan add black mustard seeds,cumin seeds and asafoetida to crackle,add crushed garlic and onion and saute for 4 - 5 mins.

Now add curd mixture and stir continuously until oil leaves the pan.

Now curd chutney is ready to serve.
