Ingredients

  • 1 kgbeef mince
  • 2 tbspcrushed red chilli
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 4 tbspwheat flour
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mince, add salt, chilli, ginger garlic, green chilli paste, and mix it.

  2. 2

    Add haldi, wheat flour, garam masala and make gol kabab

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and fry it.

  4. 4

    Add in sticks and serve it.

  5. 5

    Serve with raita, ketchup and chilli garlic sause.
