Steps

First soked the rice in water in one bowl and mixture of all the daals in water in another bowl over night.

Then grind the mixture of daal and rice in mixture jar and put some curd, in it and grind it well make a paste.

Then take a batter in a bowl add salt to taste, ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies and mix it well.

Then take some batter in another bowl add 1/2 tsp eno in it and put little bit of water on eno and mix it well.

Then take a pan on gas add oil in it head it well then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds mix it till mustard seeds crackle the put the batter in the pan and put lid on the pan pan low the flame bake it well from both of the sides.

When our khadwa will then remove it from pan on plate cut it into square shape and cut it from.upper side then fill some green chutney and some chopped vegetables inside it and ready to serve it with sauce.
